1) Client Representative (CR) assigns us a block of stores to service and/or a call comes in to our designated customer service 800# 2) Request will get dispatched to our national "Schedule Expert (SR)" who verifies store numbers, state, locations and address of stores and immediately responds to designated client representative to verify receipt of call. 3) Job number (JN) and State Code (SC) are given and then job is immediately assigned to our division that closest to the store being serviced. (see attached MAPS) 4) Detailed Job description (JD) is established along with Start Time (ST) and any specific job instructions. 5) Before work commences, areas to be services shall be documented (DOC) by digital photography 6) Technician will locate Manager on Duty (MOD) to review job description and work will commence. 7) Once work is complete, Technician will notify MOD and get signature on Job Completion Form (JCF) so that work is inspected and approved. 8) Upon completion, Technician will immediately log details into our client database which tracks and documents all scheduled and completed jobs. Completed Time (CT) will be entered so our time on your property is always documented. 9) Electronic follow up verification (EV) will be sent to client’s representative. (We will provide the designated Client Representatives for each region a spread sheet of their stores for the purpose of tracking the assigned work. 10) Monthly report (MP) will be sent electronically to designated Representative |
